Airco settings

We have integrated solutions for a number of chillers from top producers like Daikin , BlueBox, Carrier, Swegon, Clivet. We can monitor older chillers with switch contacts for alarms, or newer chillers with communication networks such as Modbus RTU.

We also integrated Direct expansion units (Splits & VRF) of the following brands: Daikin, Toshiba, Mitsubishi Electric, Fujitsu, General, LG, Mitsubishi Heavy, Panasonic and Hitachi.

We use 4-20mA or 0-10VDC signals and we work with a number of protocols like Modbus , BACnet , KNX , LON , CANopen , HART and Profibus

Outside weather

The outside weather is a very useful information when managing a location remotely.

Schedule

We use the opening hours of a location to automatize the working hours of the devices. This way you will use less electricity when it is not needed, saving money on utility bills, but also ensuring an ecological behavior of your devices.

Air quality

Measure your air quality. The quality of your product and the health of your workforce will benefit from it.

The data we are logging can be easily displayed through multiple graphs.

Is anything wrong? Is something about to go wrong?

Event based remote monitoring will constantly look at data points that provide answers to those questions, and notify you via email or cell phone when you need to know.

What happened?

The other application for remote monitoring is long term trending or performance monitoring.

Everything works fine, but you want to see some history.

Trend monitoring will periodically record data points and archive them in a database. You can access that database at your convenience via our dedicated web site.
